Professional Barista Training

We are dedicated to training baristas to ensure that they fully understand the intricacies of preparing exquisite coffee each and every time. To make a perfect coffee you cannot just rely on a state-of-the-art coffee machine and the finest beans, you need to also have the knowledge, skill and, perhaps most importantly, passion for the art of espresso.

We can provide you with all the necessary practical barista skills within a professional setting, as well as a solid foundation in your coffee knowledge.

Professional Barista Course

So you're an experienced barista or senior café manager with a real passion for coffee and looking to improve your skills to an expert level? Our Professional Barista Course is for you.

In this module we look at espresso extraction and milk skills in much more detail, we focus on the variables to coffee brewing and the impact on taste. You will have a chance to look at coffee brewing at a scientific level, giving you a thorough understanding of how to get the very best from your equipment and your coffee.

The Professional Barista Course will master your technique and, after successful completion of theory and practical, you will receive a certificate that will give you credibility in the hospitality industry and impress current or prospective employers.

6 hours, 10am-6pm with 30 minute lunch provided, Max 4

NOTE: This is a professional course only available to those who have already completed our Entry Level Barista Course, or have at least 2 years of proven hospitality experience.
