Our seasonal single origin from the Kivu region of Rwanda. Smooth and creamy with notes of chocolate, sweet melon, and lime.

Note: this is a small batch roast in limited supply

The COOPAC cooperative operates in the Western part of Rwanda,  in the area of Lake Kivu. Coffee from many small producers is delivered into the Kigeyo Washing Station where the processing achieves both a superior cup coffee as well as a premium rate, supporting small farmers in a way which ordinary (unwashed) coffees cannot.


Medium Roast — 1 2 ③ 4 5

Ideal for espresso and filter as whole beans, and ideal for cafetière and filter as medium ground. Also available as fine ground for espresso.
