We’re pleased to announce that two of your favourite coffees—our Organic Coffee Pods and best-selling Bantham House Blend—have both won Great Taste Awards! Here’s what the judges had to say and why we’re so proud to add these prestigious awards to our collection:

Organic and Fairtrade Coffee Pods

Our Organic Nespresso® Compatible Coffee Pods were a hit with the judges. They highlighted that the coffee had a 'bright and developed fruitiness', together with a softened 'biscuity note' when milk is added, and how the pods work well both black and with milk.

Good Housekeeping Institute Taste Approved too!

In addition to this Great Taste Award, our pods recently placed third in Good Housekeeping’s Best Coffee Pods for 2024, gaining 'Good Housekeeping Institute Taste Approved' status. The Good Housekeeping testers praised the rich flavour and were impressed by the fact that our pods can be recycled with regular household waste—no special service needed.

Bantham House Blend

The Bantham House Blend also earned a Great Taste Award. Bantham was Lorraine's very first espresso blend when she first started roasting in 2010! It has been a customer favourite ever since, and is clearly still improving! The judges had mixed feelings about the acidity—some found it lively and exciting, while others preferred a softer taste. But overall, they agreed that Bantham is a balanced, complex coffee, perfect for mornings, especially when paired with milk.
