Christmas & New Year 2025 Orders, Deliveries & opening hours


Roastery and Cafe Opening Hours & Dates:

24th Dec - Roastery open 9am-2pm / Café open until 2pm (order pickup available until 1pm)
25th Dec Christmas day - Café & Roastery Closed
26th Dec Boxing day (Bank Holiday) - Café & Roastery Closed
27th Dec - Roastery Closed /  Café Open 8.30am-4pm
28th Dec - Roastery Closed /  Café Open 10am-4pm
29th Dec - Roastery open 9-5pm / Café Open 8.30am-4pm
30th Dec Monday - Roastery open 9am to 5pm / Café Open 8.30am-4pm
31st Dec Tuesday - Roastery open 9am to 5pm / Café Open 8.30am-4pm
1st Jan (Bank Holiday) - Café & Roastery Closed
From 2nd January onwards - Roastery and Café will be open as normal   

Christmas 2025 order cut-offs & delivery information for pre-Christmas delivery

The thought of no coffee before the Christmas break is too much to bear so please plan carefully using this information as we can not be held responsible for any Royal Mail or DHL delivery issues and delays once your order has left our roastery:

All Royal Mail services > Order cut-off is 2.30pm Friday 19th December: For all Royal Mail Tracked 48 services and all Royal Mail Tracked 24 services too, due to when the weekend falls before Christmas.

DHL Next Day courier service > Order cut-off is 11am Monday 22nd December 

Collect your order from the Roastery: Last minute gifts including our full range of coffees, teas & equipment will be available to purchase from the Perfect Waves cafe at our roastery (PL219JL) up until 1pm on Wednesday 24th December. Or you can choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout before collecting your order from our Roastery up until until 1pm Wednesday 24th December (please allow 2 hours for order to be prepared by our team).   

 

New Year order cut-offs & delivery information:

All Royal Mail services > Order cut-off is 2.30pm Tuesday 30th December: For all Royal Mail Tracked 48 services and all Royal Mail Tracked 24 services too. All orders received after this time and date will be dispatched from Friday 2nd January.

Order collection from our Roastery: You can choose 'Pick Up' at checkout then collect your order from our Roastery up until until 1pm Wednesday 31st December (please allow 2 hours for order to be prepared by our team).   

Purchase coffee & tea at the Roastery: Our full range of coffees, teas & equipment will be available to purchase from the Perfect Waves cafe at our roastery (PL219JL) up until 4pm on Wednesday 31st December and will then re-open at 8.30am Friday 2nd January 2026.

Coffee Subscriber?
Owens Coffee subscriptions will be processed as normal, but may experience some delays as per the above. To move your subscription delivery date please login to your account and go to 'Manage Your Subscription'. Choose the product you'd like to change and click the 'Manage Subscription' button (note, if you have multiple products in your subscription, you will need to repeat this process for each product). Click the arrow on the 'DELIVERY SCHEDULE' section. Choose your preferred frequency and select UPDATE. Note: Check that when you change the frequency, it doesn't automatically change the next delivery date - depending on what you are selecting, it will do this occasionally. Make sure that you do the same process for any other products on your subscription. Visit our shipping information page for more details.
