Christmas & New Year 2024 Orders & Deliveries
Due to when Christmas day falls and our opening hours, we recommend ordering by 20th December 2024 for any orders intended to be with you or the recipient by Christmas. We do recommend ordering as early as possible before this date though, to avoid any disappointment and the postal system will be incredibly busy!

| PLEASE NOTE: We will endeavor to dispatch any orders received after 11am on Friday 20th December on Monday 23rd December, but due to the volume of orders we're receiving and our festive holiday closures, any orders not sent then will be dispatched on Monday 30th / Tuesday 31st December. We will then be back to normal from Thursday 2nd January 2025 onwards. |
Coffee Subscriber?
Owens Coffee subscriptions will be processed as normal, but may experience some delays as per the above. To move your subscription delivery date please login to your account and go to 'Manage Your Subscription'. Choose the product you'd like to change and click the 'Manage Subscription' button (note, if you have multiple products in your subscription, you will need to repeat this process for each product). Click the arrow on the 'DELIVERY SCHEDULE' section. Choose your preferred frequency and select UPDATE. Note: Check that when you change the frequency, it doesn't automatically change the next delivery date - depending on what you are selecting, it will do this occasionally. Make sure that you do the same process for any other products on your subscription. Visit our

Collection from the roastery
If you miss the Christmas deadline and you are local to The Roastery, you are welcome to
visit our Café to buy pressies up until
2pm on Christmas Eve.
