How we roast

Every batch is roasted in small lots here in Devon.

Slow enough to let the flavours develop, careful enough to keep things consistent.

The result? Chocolate notes that are actually chocolatey. Fruit notes that feel natural, not forced. A cup that doesn’t need explaining.

We roast for the mug in your hand, not the judges at a championship - although we've picked up plenty of awards along the way.
