Use 15 g coffee per 250 ml water (60 g per litre).

Heat your water

Boil, then rest for 30 seconds. Aim for 92–94 °C.

Bloom

Add the ground coffee.

Pour in twice the coffee’s weight in water (e.g. 30 g water for 15 g coffee).

Let it sit for 30 seconds - this releases gas and sets up an even brew.

Slowly add the rest of the water in gentle circles.
