Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Owens Organic Coffee (South Devon Roasters Ltd)located at The Roastery, Endsleigh, Cadleigh Parkk, Ivybridge PL21 9JL / Contact 01752 897124. (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to businesses registered in the counties of South West England. The person accepting the prize must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
You entered via the QR Code on the cup or on our stand and then confirmed you details and that you are happy for us to contact you after Source 22026. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per business unless otherwise stated.
Promotion Period & Winner Selection
Entries open on 9am on the 02/02/2026 and close at 5pm on 11th February 2026 or before. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place on 13 February 2026.
Prizes
The prizes are described above. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 days after the notification email or call, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Prize Delivery
Prizes must be collected from our Roastery in Ivybridge (address above). Or prize winners can cover the cost of delivery and will credit £20 to their trade account to be used on their first order.
Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used for administering the promotion, awarding the prize and communicating our services and offerings in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent. People signing up can unsubscribe at any time from further communication.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
