Update: Keeping our customers and our team safe

Following further announcements relating to the Covid virus this week, Lorraine and the management team have reviewed our situation at the Roastery, and we are making some changes with immediate effect.

Smaller store: Improved safety measures

We have decided to temporarily close the new bigger Owens Coffee store and will move back to our original, smaller trade counter for all customer purchases instead.

This limits customers to one person at a time in the shop, and because it is smaller, we can extend the frequency of cleaning all surfaces above and beyond the routine we already had to comply with recommended guidelines.

Please order online or click & collect to reduce time spent indoors

We encourage customers to stay home wherever possible. Please purchase your coffee online from the website, or order online (using our click & collect service) prior to coming to the store, which will reduce time spent inside.

Takeaway drinks will still be available when you visit the store.

Save money on coffee delivered direct to your door!

Are you a subscriber? Many customers old and new, are signing up to our subscribe & save service. Buy the coffee of your choice and save 15% on the price when you subscribe. All you need to do is to select ‘Subscribe & save’ on the product page (see below) and choose the frequency for your delivery from the dropdown menu.

Not sure how often you’d like to receive your coffee? Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll be sent information explaining how to manage your account and you’ll be able to change the frequency, change the product and even add extra items to your regular order.

Still roasting!

We will continue roasting throughout the lockdown period, so your freshly roasted organic Owens Coffee beans will be available with the same great taste, delivered direct to your door OR for you to come and collect from our trade counter area.
